当前高等教育改革与发展的若干趋势

Abstract

【中文摘要】 20世纪是高等教育数量猛增的世纪,21世纪是高等教育质量逐步提高的世纪。教育的发展受社会所能提供的教育资源所制约,生产力的发展、人们生活水平的提高以及高等教育机会均等理论、人力资本理论的运用等对高等教育迅猛发展起到了重要的推动作用。当前,高等教育改革与发展有三个趋势:一是从数量增长到质量提高;二是从单一化价值追求到多元化分类发展;三是从求大求全到苦练内功——以教师发展为中心。可见,今后一段时间,高等教育发展的各项工作将围绕质量提高与保障而展开。 【英文摘要】 The 20th century saw the rapid development in the amount of higher education while in the 21st century the quality of higher education will be improved gradually.The development of education is influenced by the education resources from society,among which the development of productivity,the improvement of life standard as well as the usage of theory in fairness of higher education and manpower capital,play great roles in the process.There are three trends currently in the development of higher education: f...
