The Seasonal And Spatial Dynamics of Soil Enzyme Activities Under Kandelia Candel Magrove Forest

[中文文摘]研究了秋茄红树林土壤蛋白酶、转化酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶等６种酶活性的时空变化及土壤样品风干和贮存对酶活性的影响．结果表明：水解酶类活性以冬季最低，春季上升，夏季和秋季较高，垂直变化的基本趋势是随土壤深度加深酶活性降低．过氧化氢酶活性的季节变化模式为：夏＞春＞冬＞秋，垂直变化的规律性不明显；多酚氧化酶活性季节变化和垂直变化都没有规律．红树林土壤６种酶活性皆大于光滩土壤，在不同滩位中，则表现为内、中滩土壤６种酶活性大于外滩．土壤风干和贮存对红树林土壤脲酶和蛋白酶活性无显著影响，而风干土测得的酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶和转化酶活性比自然湿土显著降低，风干土贮存１个月使转化酶活性降低。[英文文摘] The seasonal and spatial changes of the activities of protease, invertase, urease, acid phosphatase, catalase and polyphenol oxidase in the soil under Kandelia candel mangrove forest at Jiulongjiang Estuary were studied, and the effects of air drying and storing of soil samples on enzyme activities were also studied. The main results were as follows: The soil hydrodase activities were lowest in winter, higher in spring, and highest in summer and autumn, and generally decreased with the soil depth. The seasonal pattern of catalase activity was: summer>spring>winter>autumn, but there was no obvious vertical change for the activity of this enzyme. Polyphenol oxidase activity exhibited neither obvious seasonal nor vertical changes. The activities of the six enzymes in mangrove soil were all higher than those of the barren soil and higher in inner and mid flat than in out flat. Air drying and storing of mangrove soil samples didn’t significantly affect protease and urease activities, while the activities of acid phosphatase, catalase, polyphenol oxidase and invertase significantly decreased after air drying treatment. After 1 month storage, only the activity of invertase in air drying soil samples decreased.
