On the Shift of Business Management to Corporate Culture Management

研究企业文化,重视企业文化建设,强调企业文化创新,目的是促进我国企业向文化管理转变。企业文化管理就是以人为本的管理,体现为两个方面:在企业内部,重视人力资源的开发、管理与利用;在企业外部,强调实施顾客满意战略,开展顾客关系管理。我国企业向文化管理转变,需要构筑坚实的企业文化平台。In order to promote the shift of business management to corporate culture management, close attention should be paid to researching, constructing, and innovating corporate culture. Corporate culture management is a humanistic approach to management and is embodied in two aspects. Internally, importance is attached to the development, management, and utilization of human resources. Externally, emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction strategies and customer relation management. It is argued that the shift of business management to corporate culture management in China needs a solid platform of corporate culture.
