Abstract
本文从经营管理方式及思路、计划管理、文化认知、决策管理、沟通、安全生产和质量管理等方面探讨了大亚湾核电站在建设和运营期间,中外方的文化碰撞和冲突,总结了大亚湾核电站从跨文化理解、跨文化培训、踌文化沟通与协调等方面提出的跨文化融合措施。 This article discusses the cross-culture collision and conflict in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station during the construction and operation period from the following aspects such as management manner and route、planning、culture-realization、decision、communication、safety operation and quality control and so on;then brings forward the detailed measures of cross-culture integrating from the viewpoints of cross-culture understanding、training、communication and coordination,and etc.
