Abstract
与薪酬功能的传统认识相区别,本文从战略性视角开创性地提出并分析了战略性薪酬的三大效应:激励效应、分选效应、媒介效应。
 
The strategic value and the source of competition advantage of strategic compensation mainly represent three functions and effects: motivation effect, division-selection effect, and medium effect. But traditionally, people usually pay more attention to the functions of the division-selection effect and motivation, while getting litte knowledge of and less attention to the division-selection effect and medium effect. The text thoroughly analyses these three effects and the strategic value and points out that the three effects have the same important signification for the strategic compensation to exert strategic value.
