Abstract
社会的转型促使行政伦理评价陷入了多元、无序的困境。要从根本上改变这一状况,政府及公共管理者就必须建立和健全行政伦理评价的制度性规范,实现政绩评价和伦理评价的统一,努力提高自身的评价水平,并重视行政伦理评价成果的积累和利用。
 
The transform of our society prompts evaluation of administrational ethics into puzzledom of pluralism and disorderliness.In order to change this condition fundamentally,government and public administrators must establish and perfect the institutional standards of the evaluation of administrationnal ethics to realize the unity of performance evaluation and ethic evaluation,then exert their effort to enhance their evaluation level and pay attention to the accumulation and utilization of achievement of evaluation of administrational ethics.
