发展社区居民自治,推进基层政治文明

Abstract

居民自治是新时期社区建设的必然要求 ,发展社区居民自治可以有力地推进基层政治文明建设。当前我国城市社区居民自治的发展普遍存在着居委会角色错位、参与不足、资源匮乏、法制滞后等瓶颈问题。未来城市社区居民自治的发展应该针对这些问题探索新的发展思路

A residential autonomy is an inevitable requirement of the community construction in the new times. The development of the residential autonomy of community can powerfully promote the construction of political civilization at the basic level. Nowadays ,there are commonly some bottlenecks during the development of the residential autonomy of community in our cities, such as the role's misplacement of residents' committes, less participation, lack of resources and legality lagging behind the development. In dealing with these problems, new ideas should be explored during the development of residential autonomy of community in future cities.
