The difficulties generally encountered in the investigation of corrosion speedometer, especially the speedometer for corrosion with ultra-low speed, are due to the double layer charging current, the olirnic potential drop of solution and the self-corrosion Potential drift. All these difficulties are overcome in this apparatus.
