Abstract
p-dimethylaminobenzonitrile (DMABN) a typical dual fluorescent flurophore (TICT flurophore), was used as fluorescent probe. The microenviromental property of twelve methyl modified beta-cyclodextrin(methyl beta-CD) was compared with that of beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD). Results showed that the polarity, of the cavity of methyl beta-CD is loner than that of beta-CD, and the capacity of methyl beta-CD inclusion with DMABN is stronger than that of beta-CD inclusion with DMABN.
