市级消防行政网上办事服务系统的设计与实现

Abstract

当前，在政府信息化建设的大背景下，各地公安消防部门多数都建设了消防网上办事大厅，已经取得了一定的成效，但随着行政审批制度改革，越来越多的工作人员发现，当前系统已不能满足工作需要。一是系统功能比较简单，互动性差。二是审批系统和办事系统相互独立，无法实现互联互通。由于现行审批系统（消防监督管理系统）与网上办事系统相互独立，公众办事信息无法及时导入审批系统，项目审批完毕后，办理结果也需要由工作人员手动录入到网上办事系统进行结果公布。这种情况造成了办事期限与审批期限不统一，办事结果不能及时公布，造成了办事效率低下，有时还会引起公众不满。由此可见，打造服务市级的消防行政网上办事服务系统可以有效解决上述问...
