某小区物业管理信息系统的设计与实现

Abstract

经过多年小区互联网建设，物业管理与信息技术的结合与发展已经得到一定的发展，对社区的管理的提高起到了显而易见的作用，但是对社区的服务和管理也存在流程不够优化、制度不够完善、职权不够清晰、数据移植性差等问题。 本文结合物业服务和管理的实际情况，研发了一套物业管理信息系统。该系统采用先进的信息化服务和管理思想，设计了一套适用的物业管理平台，体现了现代物业管理思想和校园信息化发展水平。 本文主要工作在于研究、设计并实现基于互联网的、满足实际需要的社区物业管理信息系统。主要内容包括： 1．研究了社区物业管理信息系统的相关理论和技术，对目前国内主流物业管理系统的概念、特点、关键的技术及发展的动态等进...
