摘要
建立一个高效、统一并且符合建筑企业的技能鉴定综合管理平台，已经成为建筑企业技能鉴定工作所关注的热点课题。本课题针对职业鉴定管理的需求，采用JAVA的SSH框架、ETL技术、WebServices等技术开发了一个可落地的职业技能鉴定综合管理平台。 论文的主要工作有： 1、在建筑企业技能鉴定业务和信息化现状分析的基础上，设计了一种职业技能鉴定综合管理平台的解决方案。提出了一种构建职业鉴定综合管理平台的分层结构，包括应用与展示层、业务逻辑层和数据支撑层。 2、系统总体方案设计中，采用ETL技术设计数据集中服务子系统，对校内其他业务系统的源数据进行抽取、清洗、加工，实现对工人基本信息数据的转换，...
