Abstract
随着经济不景气、贸易量持续低迷,第三方物流业内日益竞争激烈,客户对物流服务质量要求也不断提高,这些就需要第三方物流企业及时地响应客户的需求,在技术上不断前进,在流程上不断优化,服务质量不断地完善,才能保持企业的竞争力,为客户创造更大的价值。本文以“如何提升GL公司散货拼箱多式联运业务客户服务满意度下降”为研究对象,基于质量管理理论,将理论研究与公司操作实践相结合,利用六西格玛DMAIC分析方法,发现和分析问题关键点,并提出相应的解决方法。 本文细述了散货拼箱多式联运流程,运作模式及运输流程细则,并剖析现有运作模式及其现存问题;运用六西格玛DMAIC模型,针对GL公司的散货拼箱多式联运业务的运...
