Abstract
T公司作为一家中小型进出口贸易公司而言,从一个只有三人的合伙制公司成长到现在两百多人的企业。业务部是企业的重要部门之一,在公司经营当中起着不可或缺的作用。近年来,T公司业务部人员流失率持续偏高,人员频繁变动。通过离职谈话了解到离职的主要原因包括:员工感觉工作目标很难持续增长,感觉长期在公司待下去对发展前景很迷茫。感觉工作中缺乏有效的指导和公正的评价,干多干少差别不大,很大打击了员工积极性。如何去应用科学方法来实施公司业务部人员的绩效管理,如何稳定业务部团队和挖掘、激发人才的潜力,这是T公司亟待解决的问题。 本论文力图根据运用绩效管理相关的理论知识和研究方法及国内外知名企业销售人员的绩效管理经...
