社会融入视角下新居民社会服务管理工作研究 ——以浙江省德清县为例

Abstract

党的十八大报告明确提出了“完善和创新流动人口和特殊人群管理服务”的任务。随着我国新型城镇化和工业化的持续推进，人口流动的数量和速度日益频繁，以农村进城就业为主的流动人口服务管理各项工作业已成为各级政府部门案头的重点工作任务。但是由于“城乡二元”的社会经济结构、社会保障的差异和户籍制度的壁垒，以及流入地居民的融入排斥等问题，造成流动人口融入当地社会的巨大阻碍，存在着诸多问题。 近年来，在促进流动人口社会融入工作上，各地均取得一定成效，但依然存在一定的保障、政策和平台上的不足，在管理方法、管理手段、管理体制和管理理念等仍存在诸多的弊端，已难以符合当前新形势下的客观要求。促进流动人口的社会融入，已...
