城中村流动儿童心灵养育的社会工作介入策略研究—以深圳市N社区服务为例

Abstract

以往流动儿童研究和社工介入大部分在儿童心理、教育和社会融入等问题上，缺乏对儿童心灵养育的社区实务研究。本研究旨在为儿童健康发展提供理论依据和指导，以及为社工服务提供一种可操作性的方法和启示。本文运用生态和人本主义观点，以深圳N社区的城中村为例，采用定性（访谈法和非参与式观察法）与定量（问卷调查法）研究方法相结合，应用人本主义和生态视角相结合的心理--社会--灵性的分析模式，考察目前流动儿童心灵养育的现状和需求，并进一步分析了影响儿童心灵养育的各种因素，结果发现，儿童的心灵层面如归属感、价值观、互动（亲子和同伴交往）、自尊、积极角色（责任感、道德感和主动性）存在不同程度的需求和问题。回归分析的结...
