Space groups of some scandium complexes

The space group of [(C4H9)(4)N](3)[Sc(NCS)(6)] . 3.5 H2O is revised from orthorhombic Pbca to cubic Pa 3 by solving the cubic structure from the structure factors that are simulated from the orthorhombic structure. The space groups of three other scandium(III) structures that were originally reported in lower-symmetry settings are revised to higher-symmetry centrosymmetric settings: Sc(PMBP)(3)(HPMBP = 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazol-5-one)from P (1) over bar to C2/c, [(H2O)(10)(OH)(2)Sc-2] (C6H5SO3)(4). 4H(2)O from P (1) over bar to C2/c and [Sc(NO3)(3)(H2O)(3)]. 18-crown-6 from Pna2(1) to Pnma.
