Establishment of a Fairness-based Evaluation System for Autonomous Admission Tests

【中文摘要】自主招生制度是高考制度的重要组成部分,但在考试评价体系方面存在较为突出的不公平问题。 当前各高校自主招生考试的改革,反映在考试评价形式和考试评价内容的变化上,其实质是化解考试的科学性与公平性之间的矛盾。 明确自主招生考试评价目标,建立科学、公平的自主招生考试评价指标体系,优化完善高中学生评价体系与内容以及加强高校招生能力建设,是建构兼顾公平性与科学性并举的自主招生考试评价体系的根本途径。 【Abstract】As an important supplement to the College Entrance Examination system, the autonomous admission system has a prominent problem of unfairness in evaluations. The essence of the reform of the current college autonomous admission tests is to resolve the contradiction between being scientific and being fair, which is mainly evidenced in the change of the form and content of test evaluations. To build a fair and scientific evaluation system for autonomous admission tests, it is critical to establish a scientific and fair evaluation index system with clear evaluation objectives. Additionally, optimizing the content of the high school evaluation system and improve colleges' ability to recruit students can also help us establish a fair and scientific evaluation system.
