dc.description.abstract【中文摘要】自恢复高考至今,我国高考体制变革经历了一个从“统一招生”到“分类考试”的曲折发展历程。 “统一招生”保证了教育公平与经济性,“分类考试”旨在凸显人性差异与科学性。我国的高考体制变革,必须坚持政府支持与引导,坚持先试验、再推广的原则,坚守高考的权威性、公平性与科学性的价值取向。做好顶层设计,完善自主招生制度,加强高考改革研究与成果转化,进而构建高考治理现代化体系,这是我国高考体制变革 40 年的历史经验与现实选择。 【Abstract】Structural reforms of the College Entrance Examination in China have been a tortuous development process.Substantially, it is a game played by many stakeholders. A national matriculation test ensures equal access to education andeconomical efficiency, while a classification test reflects differences in humanity and the need to ensure soundness. Strucural reforms of the College Entrance Examination must take place under government management and guidance and follow the principle that it should be trialed first and then expanded. In addition, the authoritative, fair and scientific nature of the Examination should be maintained. Therefore, it's crucial to draw up top-level designs, enhance the autonomous admission system, strengthen the research of the reforms of the Examination and promote the application of research findings, thereby building a modern governance system for the Examination. These steps are realistic in light of the structural reforms of the Examination over the past 40 years.zh_CN
