dc.description.abstract拔尖创新人才事关我国未来的长远发展。目前,科技水平落后、高层次科技人才匮乏、无缘诺贝尔奖、学术界虚假繁荣、大学之殇都折射出我国拔尖创新人才培养困境重重。其中,基础教育不能免责,而高等教育也问题凸显;教育之外的社会各界也有亟待反思的地方。要突破重重困境,明确拔尖创新人才的内涵是前提;构筑多元社会文化是基础;创设宽松民主的政治环境是保障;加强科学精神培养是关键;推进教育内部改革是核心。
