dc.description.abstract本文认为报纸广告应该受到知识产权法的保护。目前我国需要从法律制度、行业协会和协调发展等层面保护报纸广告的知识产权,有效维护和促进报纸业及其报纸广告的市场繁荣。
dc.description.abstractAccording to the intellectual property right protection law,the distinct types of creations of the intellectual property in newspaper advertisements should be granted certain protection.The authors argue that it is necessary to protect the intellectual property right of newspaper advertisements from such aspects as legal system,industry associations and coordinated development.
