dc.description.abstract采用单细胞凝胶电泳(SCgE)技术,初步研究了永城煤矿塌陷区水污染对鱼类肝细胞dnA的损伤。结果表明:塌陷区鱼类肝细胞dnA损伤程度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),说明当地采煤塌陷区的水污染较严重,对鱼类肝细胞造成了损伤。
dc.description.abstractIn order to analyze the fish DNA damage cause by water pollution in the subsidence area,the DNA damage percentage of fish's liver cells were investigate by single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE).The results showed that the fishes DNA damage degree of subsidence area areobviously excessive than that of unpolluted area(P<0.01).This indicates that the warter of Yongcheng subsidence area is seriously polluted.
