dc.description.abstract商业诚信是经济伦理研究的一个重要主题。现代诚信危机要求各经济主体作出系统反思。商业诚信是避免社会资源浪费和稳定市场秩序的必要支撑,同时也能带来巨大绩效。商业社会诚信伦理形成的内在机制是:以诚达信、以信生利、以利养义,这个过程合动机与目的于一、合个体绩效和社会绩效于一,最重要的是最终能够由外而内地形成一种持续稳定的道德规范。商业诚信伦理的构建可从三方面着力:制度保障、伦理教育和监督、企业文化建设。
dc.description.abstractBusiness credibility is a vital subject in economic ethnical studies.Modern credibility crisis calls that economic agents have systemic reflections on this issues.Credibility is a key pillar for avoiding social resources waste and stabilizing market orders,and it is also a performance amplifier.The social ethnics of business credibility are formed through a mechanism by which honesty develops into credibility,which turns into profit,and which then into ethics.By the mechanism integration will be realized between the motivations and purposes,individual and social performances;a sustainable,stable ethics will be developed,firstly by external constraints and gradually by internal conscience.The ethnics of business credibility can be established through institutional constructions,ethnic education and supervision,and corporate culture development.
