dc.description.abstract《周易》一书涉及的内容相当广博,其与古代科学的关系相当复杂,与现代科学关系之密切也日益凸显。文章从《周易》中的管理思想入手,寻求《周易》与现代管理的融通之处。并从三个方面进行论述,即“保合太和“的管理思维,“德博而化“的管理道德以及居安思危、自强不息的发展意识。只有从哲学层面解决了这些问题,才能理智地摄《周易》之思想于现代管理中,构建具有中国特色的现代管理体系。
dc.description.abstractZhouyi,with very comprehensive contents,is not only related with the ancient sciences in some complicated ways,but also presents an ever-increasingly close relation with modern sciences.We could even hold that modern civilizations,to a great extent,may all trace their sources to Zhouyi.Therefore,this paper,starting with the discussion of the management ideas in Zhouyi,endeavors to seek the special features shared by Zhouyi and modern management.The analysis includes the management thinking of "baohetaihe"(maintaining unity and harmony),the management morality of "deboerhua"(noble character results in enlightenment of people) and the management principle of tempering justice with mercy as well as the development ideas of getting prepared for danger in times of safety and constantly striving to become stronger.Thus only after solving those problems from the philosophical point of view,can we integrate the ideas in Zhouyi with modern management so as to construct the modern management system with Chinese characteristics.
