dc.description.abstractThe reactions of phosphorus trichloride with various amino acids afford the pentacoordinated spirophosphoranes. The reaction procedures were traced by P-31 NMR spectra techniques. A new crystal structure of alanine derivative was characterized, which is a slightly distorted TBP structure. Besides, this kind of spirophosphoranes are potent inhibitors to tyrosinase.zh_CN
