Abstract
通过对“211工程““985工程“存废之争的梳理可以发现,此次争论爆发的根源在于“211工程““985工程“的弊端日益凸显,即贫富分化、阶层固化、同质化等现象日趋严重。随着高等教育大众化进程的深入发展与地方高校力量的不断增强,“211工程““985工程“存在的意义值得反思。后“211工程““985工程“时代,建设一流学科专业而非一流大学,引入动态竞争机制,推动绩效拨款模式改革,将是我国高等教育改革的未来方向。
 
An analysis of the controversy over the necessity or abolishment of the"211Project"and the"985Project"shows that the controversy lies in the increasingly apparent disadvantages of the Projects such as polarization of wealth,inflexibility of classes and homogenization of universities.With the popularization of higher education and the increase of the power of local colleges and universities,the"211Project"and the"985Project"will gradually withdraw from the historical stage.And in the period of post-211 and post-985 Project,priority should be given to the construction of first-class disciplines instead of first-class universities and a dynamic competition mechanism should be introduced to promote the reform of the performance funding mode.
