Abstract
我国高校为培养创新人才,在近十年的课程与教学改革中逐步探索新的教学理念,完善“2+2“等创新人才培养模式,试行探究型教学等举措。然而,我国指向创新人才培养的课程与教学改革依然面临着课程体系不合理、教学方法较粗浅、评价机制不科学等问题。为进一步推进创新人才培养,教育相关部门亟需加强课程体系建设、深化教学模式改革、完善教学评价机制。
 
In order to cultivate innovative talents,during the nearly 10 years reform on courses and learning in universities,new teaching philosophy have been gradually explored to perfect "2+2" innovative talent cultivation model and try explorative teaching.However,course and teaching reform designed to innovative talents still faces the problems such as unreasonable course system,superficial teaching methods and unscientific evaluation system.In order to further promote innovative talents cultivation,it is in great need to strengthen innovative course system construction,deepen innovative teaching mode reform and improve innovative course and perfect teaching evaluation system.
