dc.description.abstract学科文化是学科发展成熟的标志,借助学科文化相关理论,分别从知识、学者和学科三个方面考察高等教育学学科建设工作,既有检验其学科建设进展的功能,也有推动其学科健全发展的作用。通过完善高等教育学知识体系、建立其学者群体行动理性以及呼吁其“一级学科“行动情境,将有助于早日实现高等教育研究学科化。
dc.description.abstractAcademic culture is the mark of the maturation of discipline development.This paper,based on the theories of academic culture,studies the academic construction of higher education studies from knowledge,scholars and discipline respectively.Higher education research can not only examine the progress of discipline construction,but also facilitate the sound development of disciplines.It will soon develop to be a discipline through improvement of the knowledge system of higher education studies,cultivation of the scholar community's the rationality of action and appeal for the situation of action in the frame of the first class discipline.
