Abstract
“校企合作“是培养机构和企业双方在社会经济发展的实际需求导向下,以双赢互利为前提共同培育人才的教育模式。校企合作于培养传统企业白酒技术人才,有利于白酒企业前沿技术的研究与革新、优势资源整合、所需人才的及时补给、企业文化传承。从操作层面看,注重校企合作双方的双赢互利,考察转型期市场的实际需求,充分调动社会参与,强调深度融合是校企合作的关键。
 
School-enterprise cooperation is a kind of education models under the guidance of the actual demand for social and economic development to achieve win-win results.School-enterprise cooperation to train technicians for traditional distilleries is beneficial to technical research and innovation in distilleries, the integration of advantageous resources, timely supply of talents, and the inheritance of enterprise culture.School-enterprise cooperation should focus on the principle of win-win, make full consideration of the actual market needs, fully mobilize social participation enthusiasm, and emphasize profound cooperation.
