dc.description.abstract在高等教育国际化进程中,国际学生受到了高度关注而本土学生却被疏忽。本土学生与国际学生之间互动状况也是考察高等教育国际化进展的重要视角,这在中国学术界很少被关注。依据英国学者贝内特的跨文化敏感度发展模型(dMIS)理论,本研究对一所985高校中的本土学生与国际学生交流状况进行了质性研究。研究发现,中国学生对国际学生认知普遍持积极态度,但苦于缺乏有效交流途径,从而跨文化能力普遍较弱,而且在交往取向上具有明显的功利色彩。这一发现对于改进留学生教育工作和提升高等教育国际化水平具有很大启示。
dc.description.abstractThough the interaction between domestic and international students is an important indicator of higher education international-ization,it is often ignored in China's academic circle.Based on the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity( DMIS) proposed by Dr.Milton J.Bennett,the present research is a qualitative study of the interaction between domestic and international students in a project-985 university in China.It is found that Chinese students usually have a positive attitude towards international students,but lack cross-cultural competence and communication channels.But they tend to communicate with international students only for practical purposes.The conclusion drawn from this study may help improve international student programs and services,as well as enhance higher education internationalization in China.
