Abstract
专业学位研究生教育是从学术学位研究生教育中生发出来的一种相对独立的教育类型,主要为了适应社会分工和职业分化的需要,以培养专业化做事的人才为主要目标。专业学位研究生教育质量有狭义和广义之分,狭义的指在接受了专业学位研究生教育的学生身上所形成的素质和能力;广义的不仅包括专业学位研究生教育学生身上所形成的素质和能力,还包括其他一些影响因素的质量,如政策、管理和培养的质量等。专业学位研究生教育质量标准的逻辑有四种,包括内适逻辑、外适逻辑、比较逻辑和发展逻辑等。逻辑的选择取决于质量标准制定者对专业学位研究生教育的认知。
 
Graduate professional degree education is a relatively independent type of education that meets the social needs of professional training and professional work.The quality of graduate professional education can be defined narrowly to refer to students’ qualities and abilities developed in the process of their study,and broadly to include the quality of policy,management and training.The four components of logic in establishing the quality standard of graduate professional education are internal,external,comparative and developmental in nature.The logical choices depend on standard makers’ understanding of graduate professional education.
