中外合作办学学生出国适应与心理健康情况调查
Abstract
本研究采用自编的学术适应问卷和社会文化适应问卷考察了中外合作办学学生进入国外学习阶段的学术适应情况和社会文化适应情况,采用zung编制的自评焦虑量表和自评抑郁量表评价学生的心理健康水平,旨在了解中外合作办学学生出国后的适应状况及其与心理健康水平的相关性。结果显示,学术适应及社会文化适应状况与心理健康水平紧密相关,中外合作办学学生总体学术适应和社会文化适应情况良好,心理健康状况良好,但是部分学生的心理健康问题需要得到积极的关注和有效的帮助。 This study is to investigate the adaptive condition of students from Sino-foreign joint education program after they go abroad, as well as relationship between adaptive condition and mental health, and it provides a scientific basis to improve the mental health level of students from Sino-foreign joint education program.An Academic Adjustment Scale (the author-devised) and a Sociocultural Adjustment Scale (the author-devised) had been used to test the academic and sociocultural adaptive condition of students abroad, the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale had been used to evaluate students' mental health level.The result indicates that students from Sino-foreign joint education program are in good adaptive condition and mental health, however, department concerned should show solicitude for some of them who had mental health issues.
