dc.description.abstract高等师范教育是我国培养教师人才的主要途径,在教育体系中有着特殊的地位。管窥当前我国高等师范教育,正面临着生源质量不高、师范性不足且教育实习环节薄弱、就业前景不乐观等问题。因此,高等师范教育必须时刻保持极高的敏感性,适应政策调整和社会发展,从而改革其中存在的明显问题,创造有利于高等师范教育良性发展的社会环境。
dc.description.abstractHigher normal education is the main way to cultivate teachers in China and it occupies a very special position in our education system.The current higher normal education is facing many problems including low quality of students,lack of normal education,weakness of educational practice and pessimism of employment outlook.Hence,higher normal education must keep a high sensitivity to adapt itself to the changing policies and social development,and solve the problems so as to create a good social environment for its own development.
