dc.description.abstract20世纪80年代初,潘懋元教授正式提出了教育内外部关系规律学说,这一理论以马克思主义唯物辩证法原理为基础,同时融合了大量的系统论思想。在教育的内部关系规律说中,不仅包含尊重青少年的身心发展规律,也包含了对认知发展规律的尊重;教育的外部关系规律说强调教育主动适应社会要求。特别需要指出的是,“两条规律“指的是整个教育,而不是单指高等教育的;“相适应“是指相互起作用,而不是单方面制约;两条规律关系是平行的,而不是上下位的。
dc.description.abstractIn the 1980s, Professor Pan Maoyuan theorized the law regarding internal-external relations in education, Based on Marxist materialistic dialecticism and drawing upon system theory.His theory upon the internal relations in question shows his respect for the law governing children's and adolescents' physical, mental and cognitive development.His theory upon the external relations, however, emphasizes the adaptation of education to fundamental social needs.It must be pointed that the "two laws" concern education in general rather than higher education alone, that adaptation herein refers to the interaction between education and social needs rather than unidirectional restriction imposed on one side by the other, and that the two laws are parallel rather than hierarchical.
