行业型大学的发展优势与战略定位

Abstract

行业型大学是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。当前,行业型大学在发展过程中有向多科性大学发展的趋势,导致“去行业化““特色弱化“等问题的出现,学校遇到了进一步发展的瓶颈。从历史和现实的角度看,具有行业特征的特色学科是这类院校发展的基石。因此,这类院校可以尝试立足优势学科、推动学科交叉、重塑特色学科和淘汰弱势学科的学科发展战略,重构特色发展道路;从统一的“多科性“发展现状转向分层分类的多元化发展态势,构建立足于特色学科和优势学科的大学发展策略体系。

Specialty university is an important part of our higher education system.There is a trend of developing specialty universities towards multi-disciplinary universities,resulting in issues of "de-specialty"and "feature weakening"and bottlenecks for further development.From the history and reality point of view,characteristic discipline is a cornerstone of the development of such institutions.Therefore,such institutions need try to promote interdisciplinary subjects based on advanced disciplines to reconstruct the characteristic development road and on the basis of featured and advanced disciplines to construct university development strategies by steering from the unified multidisciplinary development status to diversified development trend.
