Abstract
我国师范大学经过百余年的发展,已形成了一套较为完整的教师培养方法、模式和体制。然而,随着我国基础教育的发展,中小学对师资的需求在结构和层次上都有了新的变化,传统师范大学定向、单一的教师培养模式已不能适应时代发展的需求。本文主要介绍我国师范大学教师培养模式的现状和存在的问题,并对其原因进行分析。
 
After more than a hundred years of development,Chinese normal university has set up a complete teachers 'cultivation methods,patterns and system.But with the development of Chinese fundamental education,primary and secondary schools have underwent new changes both in requirement structure and grade,and the previous directional and unitary teachers' cultivation pattern lags far behind the fast development of our times.This paper mainly gives an introduction of the situation,problems of cultivation patterns for normal university teachers and analysis of the causes.
