全国分地区地方普通高校生均教育经费差异分析

Abstract

通过对各省区市地方普通高校生均教育经费的各种差异指标分析发现,从距平值来看,就总的生均教育经费而言,北京、西藏、广东、上海、浙江等地区与贵州、内蒙古、青海、四川、安徽等地区的差距先增大后减小,2008年低于2004年水平;就生均预算内教育经费而言,西藏、北京、广东、上海、天津等地区与四川、江西、湖南、湖北等地区的差距先增加后减小。预算内经费占合计经费的比例(除江苏、辽宁等几个省的地方高校之外),大部分的地方高校的预算内生均经费占总的生均经费的比例都有所增加。

Through the analysis of local higher education in different regions of China by a difference index,it comes clear that,from the average values,the difference between Beijing, Tibet,Guangdong,Shanghai,Zhejiang and Guizhou,inner Mongolia,Qinghai,Sichuang and Anhui etc first increases, then decreases on per capita fee,and in 2008 it goes down below the levels in 2004;the difference between Tibet, Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai,Tianjin etc, and Sichuan,Jiangxi,Hunan,Hubei first increases,and then decreases from the budgeted fee per student.In addition to the universities in Jiangsu ,Liaoning and other regions ,from the percentage of budgeted fee to per capita fee, most of the local universities have been growing .This shows that the government financial support to the local colleges still have a certain degree of increase.
