Abstract
高中文理分科,分还是不分?仍是个问题。考察民国时期学者对于文理分科的看法可以发现,当年讨论文理分科的代表立场和坚持理由与当今有诸多相似之处,以学者专家为代表的“理想派“从学生素质出发主张取消文理分科,而以学生、家长和学校为代表的“现实派“从学生负担出发坚持维持现状。文理分科的实质是理想与现实不断博弈的过程。 To"divide"or not to"divide", that remains a question.In the period of Republic of China, many famous scholars jioned in a heated discussion regarding the division of Arts and Sciences in high school.By exploring those ideas, we can find that the stands and reasons to which those scholars clung to are similar to today's.The "idealists" included scholars advocate abolishing the division of Arts and Sciences in high school .However, the "realists", including students, parents and schools, and so on, adhere to the status quo.The essence of debating the division of Arts and Sciences is the game of idealists and realists.
