Abstract
云南是全国少数民族最多的省份,也是西南最有代表性的政治、经济、文教、民族等多重欠发达地区,采用整体幸福感量表(gWbS)对云南两大类高校397名教师进行问卷测量,从高校类型、收入、职业、文化程度、性别、民族和婚姻状况七个方面进行分析和比较。结果显示:高校类型、收入、职业对大学教师整体幸福感的影响极为明显;文化程度、性别和婚姻状况对大学教师整体幸福感影响较小;少数民族大学教师的整体幸福感水平高于汉族教师。
 
Yunnan has the most minority,and is also the representative of multi-underdeveloped region of politics,economy,culture and education,nationality and so on.This study,using the General Well-Being Schedule(GWBS) to measure the 397 faculty of two types of college,analizes and compares the college type,income,vocation,cultural level,sex,nationality and marital status.The conclusion is that the college type,income and vocation show significant influence to general well-being;culture level,sex and marital status show little significant influence to general well-being,and the general well-being level of minority faculty is higher than the Han faculty.
