关于应用型研究生培养模式改革的实验报告——基于高等教育学专业两门课程教学改革实践的行动研究
An Empirical Study on the Reform of Application-oriented Training Model for Master Students
Abstract
在就业压力的驱动下,硕士研究生培养的主导模式面临着从学术型向应用型转变的急迫任务,如何实现转型是对每个学科发展前景的考验。要实现培养模式的成功转型必须从课程教学改革探索入手。高等教育学专业硕士研究生培养面临的转型任务更为急迫,必须从各门课程改革中寻求突破。本研究报告是对高等教育学专业两门课程改革实验的阶段性总结,实验证明从学术型向应用型转变是可能的,但也面临实验结果推广问题。 Traditionally,Chinese graduate education at Master's level is teacher-centered,lecture-predominant and academia-oriented.Nowadays this mode is no longer suitable to the pressure of the job market.Based on the reform experiment on two courses of higher education program,the paper demonstrates that it is possible to realize the training model transformation at Master's level from academia-oriented to application-oriented.
