dc.description.abstract针对当前国内大学教师职务聘任制存在着编制和设岗不科学,人才“优胜劣汰“机制不合理,人才流动机制不完善,薪水分配“大锅饭“现象及重视聘任过程而忽视聘后管理等几方面的问题,分析了这些问题产生的原因、背景,以及对国内大学教师职务聘任制推行的阻碍作用。
dc.description.abstractIn view of the unscientific organization and post-setting,the unreasonable mechanism of the survival of the fittest of talent,the imperfect for the flow of talent,not have a set of scientific methods of measurement to the salary allocation,and attention to the process of the duty appointment but ignore the post-hiring management of the current domestic duties appointment of university teachers,the article analyzes the causes and background,as well as the hinder role of the implementation in the domestic duties appointment of university teachers.
