Abstract
招生作为高等学校人才培养的起点,在一定程度上直接影响着人才培养的过程与质量。特色型大学招生应该考虑自身人才培养的特点、目标、规格、专业与教学特点以及行业需求。国家应给予特色型大学招生与就业政策上的优惠,针对特色型大学制定一些专项政策,赋予特色型大学一定的招生自主权,并积极采取切实有效的措施,增强特色型大学的吸引力,拓宽特色型大学学生的就业之路。
 
Enrollment, as the initial point of talent training in university, has a direct effect on the process and quality to some extent.Enrollment by characteristic universities should comply with talent -training features, objectives, specifications, specialty, teaching traits and business demands.Priority should be given to the enrollment and employment of such universities, such as special policies, more freedom of enrollment and so on.Positive and effective measures should be taken to strengthen their attraction and expand students' ways of employment.
