近十年来印度高等教育改革

Abstract

印度自独立以来,高等教育取得了飞速的发展与进步。近十年来,随着印度本国和世界经济社会环境的变化,印度政府对高等教育的规划与设计也随之发生了变化。为此,本文在考察了印度高等教育发展轨迹之后,从新旧两个方面分析了印度高等教育发展中的一些改革措施,并对其进行了总结与评价。

since the independence of India,the higher education has gained the rapid development and progress.Over the past decade,as the national and world economic and social environment of Indian,the India government has also changed the planning and design of higher education.Therefore,in the study of tracking the development of higher education in India,the article analyze a number of reform measures of the development of higher education in India from the old and the new sides,and carry on a summary and evaluation.
