自社会体制全面改革以来,俄罗斯经济领域实行市场经济体制。为适应经济领域内市场机制的运作和应对世界性的教育经费危机,俄罗斯高等教育在资金筹集上实行了资金来源的多元化渠道,形成了自己独具特色的模式。正是这种模式给高等教育带来了巨大的活力,使得高等教育和社会各个层面建立了互动关系,从而改变了俄罗斯高校的生存状态。 From the all-around reformation of social system,Russia carried out the system of market economy on economy.In order to adapt to the action of economic market mechanism and face to the global crisis of educational outlay,Russia high education performs multi-channel of collecting money and shapes its own model.Just model brings great energy to high education and makes the appearance of exchanged relation between high education and all social areas,as a result,the existent status of Russia high education schools.This article briefly states the background of Russia high education outlay's multi-channel and concrete ways.
