Abstract
基于二维稳态热传导控制方程,考虑了输电导线主要的发热源和散热途径,形成了一套准确的导线径向温度场数值求解方法,并通过实例应用于Jl/lb1A-300/50型钢芯铝绞线。结果验证了导线径向温度差的真实存在且不可简单忽略,并且径向温度分布受导线内不同金属材料的单位体积发热率、绞线间接触情况和外界对流等多方面因素的共同影响。
 
To accurately simulate the radial temperature field of conducts,a numerical method was proposed based on2Dsteady-state heat transfer control functions,in which the main heat gains and heat loss of conducts were considered,and then applied to the type-JL/LB1A-300/50 aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR)conductor.The experimental results show that temperature difference in radial direction of conducts is significant,which can not be simply neglected.Furthermore,the effects of the thermal conductivity of metal materials in conductors,the contact conditions among strands and the external convections on the temperature field were also studied.
