波形钢腹板-钢管混凝土组合梁桥的试验与有限元分析
Analysis on Load Testing and Finite Element of Qiaoyin Pedestrian Overcrossing
Abstract
波形钢腹板钢管混凝土组合梁桥结构新颖,在实际桥梁结构中所用甚少.通过对侨英人行天桥进行荷载试验及有限元计算,结果表明,该桥的承载能力和动力性能均满足规范要求,有限元计算值与试验实测值吻合良好.同时,利用建立的有限元模型对主梁的受力性能进行了分析,分析发现,波形钢腹板-钢管混凝土组合梁的弯曲变形符合“拟平截面假定“,而波形钢腹板对主梁的抗弯作用可忽略不计. Concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)structure with corrugated steel web(CSW)girders is a type of newly proposed composite architecture,which has been rarely used in practical situations.Through the load tests and finite element calculations,results show that the load-carrying capacity of the bridge and the dynamic performance can satisfy the requirements of regulation;finite element calculation values in good agreement with experimental data.At the same time,using the finite element model,we analyze the mechanical properties of main girder.The analysis found that the bending deformation of CFST-CSW girder in line with the "similarly flat section assumption",and the contribution of CSW to bending resistance can be reasonably neglected.
