华东地区青冈种群等位酶变异与环境变量的关系
Relationships betwen Environmental Factors and Allozymic Variation of Cyclobalanopsis glauca Populations in East China
Abstract
分析华东地区6个青冈种群的遗传变异与环境变量的关系.结果表明研究范围内温度因子、降水和纬度之间显著相关.过氧化物酶的等位基因频率与环境因子(尤其是降水和温度因子)高度相关,POd-1的等位基因A和b的频率在干旱、热量条件差的种群中较高,而POd-2中的等位基因d的频率正好相反.其他位点的一些等位基因频率与环境因子也存在相关性.以上结果表明气候因子在青冈的遗传分化和遗传变异维持中起重要作用. Six populations of Cyclobalanopsis glauca in East China were selected to examine the relationships between environmental Factors and genetic variation.The results indicated that temperature Factors, precipatation and latitude related each other signiFicantly.SigniFicant positive relationship was observed between number of eFFective alleles and expected heterozygosity.Allelic Frequencies of peroxidase loci highly related with environmental Factors, especially with precipatation and temperature Factors.Frequencies of allele A and B were high in populations with xeric and worse thermal condition, contrary to that of allele D of locus POD 2.Frequencies of some alleles of other loci were also associated with environmental Factors.Above results showed that climatic Factors plays an important role in genetic diFFerentiation and maintenance of genetic variation of C.glanca.
