dc.description.abstract厦门市淡水资源严重匮乏,人均占有量仅356M3(2001~2012年),为缓解厦门市供需水矛盾,提高水资源综合效益,针对厦门市水质性严重缺水的现状,通过供需水量分析,预测在保证率为75%时,厦门市2015、2020、2030年的缺水量分别为0.518 8x108、3.059 8x108、9.177 6x108 M3,供需水矛盾突出。为此分析了厦门市水资源管理存在的主要问题,并提出了缓解厦门市水资源供需矛盾和保障水环境安全的措施。
dc.description.abstractThe water resource in Xiamen City is scarce.Per capita water resource(2001-2012)is only 356m3.To relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Xiamen and to improve the comprehensive benefits,this paper mainly analyzed the condition of water supply and demand in Xiamen for the quality-induced water shortage problem and predicted that water lacking amount in the year of 2015,2020,2030 in Xiamen would be 51.88,305.98,917.76 billion m3 by the classification prediction method with the 75% assurance rate.It also analyzed the main problems of water management and gave some suggestions to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand and to ensure the safety of water environment.
