基于生态文明视域的海岸带林业建设与发展

Abstract

生态文明突出强调人与自然的平等关系,推进生态文明是建设美丽中国的历史使命。发展林业是建设生态文明的重要基础、根本途径和首要任务。海岸带生态环境较为脆弱,发展海岸带林业对推进生态文明建设具有十分突出的作用。文章分析了海岸带林业在生态文明建设中的功能及发展中存在的主要问题,从纵深防御型防护林体系、林业产业体系和生态文化体系的构建3个方面,提出了海岸带林业建设与发展的思路。

Ecological civilization prominently emphasized the equal relationship of man and nature;promoting ecological civilization is the historic mission of building a beautiful China.Developing forestry is an important foundation,the fundamental way and primary task for constructing ecological civilization.Ecological environment of coastal zone is more fragile;developing coastal forestry has a very prominent role.The function of coastal forestry on ecological civilization and the main problems in the development were analyzed;thought of construction & development for coastal forestry were proposed from three aspects(construction of shelterbelt system of defense-in-depth,forestry industry system & eco-cultural system).
