牙鲆嗅上皮超微结构研究
OBSERVATION STUDIES ON THE ULTRASTRUCTURE of OLFACTORY EPITHELIA IN PARALICHTHYS OLIVACEUS
Abstract
扫描电镜和透射电镜研究显示:牙鲆PArAlICHTHySOlIVACEuS嗅上皮的边缘为非感觉区,内侧为连续的感觉区,属嗅觉鱼类。非感觉区由表皮细胞、粘液细胞及基底细胞等组成,表皮细胞在游离面相互连接形成似指纹状的嵴的结构。感觉区由纤毛感觉细胞、微绒毛感觉细胞、纤毛非感觉细胞、支持细胞及基底细胞等组成。 By means of SEM and TEM, the study deals with the ultrastructure of the olFactory epithelia of Paralichthys olivaceus.The edge of the olFactory epithelia is non-sensory which consists of epidermal cells,mucous cells, hasal cells and others.The distal Free surFace of the epidermal cells in the presence of microridges arrange in Fingerprint-like patterns.The inner region of the olFactory epithelia is sensory epithelia, which is composed mainly of ciliated receptor cells, microvillous receptor cells, ciliated non-sensory cells, supporting cells and hasal cells.From the above results, we propose the Paralichthys olivaceus may be a nose Fish.
